After a long career in corporate Information Technology I relocated full time to the Delaware Beaches, specifically downtown Rehoboth in 2005. My background in project management, business and systems analysis in a diverse range of industry verticals gave me an ideal skill set for real estate. I utilize a targeted approach to eliciting client needs; asking the appropriate questions to discover the right fit for each client.
Having made the transition from the metropolitan areas to the north and west of Rehoboth Beach, initially part time, then full time, I have a strong empathic approach as a Buyer's Agent when finding beach real estate.
